City will reserve Gym and we are reserving the cafeteria. Will send hauling order for tables and chairs. This will be a resource fair with performances. 4 rows of 20 Chairs towards the stage. The 10 lunch tables and 20 tables with two chairs each around the gym area. Can provide event map closer to the date of event.
