EAACH General Meetings are open to all. Dinner is served, and childcare is provided. 

Please set up tables and chairs in board room A&B to seat 40. Five Table groups of 6 chairs and 2 tables side by side with chairs around facing the screen. Will need a projector & microphone. 

Room 101 will be a childcare area; we need at least 2 tables and 6 chairs. Open space preferred. Please call or email for any clarity. Thank you.
